Avatars

You are required to enter the correct information at checkout. Referencing to your Discord Username and your VRChat Username. This is in place so the product can be attached to one account only, preventing a potential DMCA Takedown.
You are permitted to create and sell original content tailored to fit Xero 3D's models.
Credit is mandatory when utilizing my models for streaming, video, or photography content. Even if the model has been hard edited, any of my work requires credit to be used. Failure to credit is considered an offense and may result in a DMCA takedown.
Resale and redistribution of Xero 3D's products are strictly prohibited. The assets within my avatars are not reusable. However, you may use the avatar on social platforms as long as proper credit is given.
Uploading is allowed for personal use only. Publicly uploading will result in a ban from my store and social platforms. Redistribution of avatars without permission is prohibited.
Refunds are not available for any products. Basic Unity knowledge is expected when purchasing my avatars.
Individuals banned from my server are not permitted to make purchases from my store. Leaking any of my products will result in access revocation and a ban from my store.
Do not redistribute or share packages. If gifting, utilize the gift card system. Sharing a package is only permissible through the Couple Pack option, with both parties' information provided.
Making any avatars public is unlawful. Please report any unauthorized versions.
No uploads to others' accounts unless both parties possess a license for the same avatar.
You may upload avatars to your own alt accounts for personal use only.
Proper credit must be given; claiming as your own is prohibited.
For commissions involving my avatars, both parties must own a license to the same avatar and provide proof of purchase.
Price splitting of packages is prohibited.
No refunds, chargebacks, or disputes are allowed for digital products.
Creating versions of my models concepts without permission is considered plagiarism.
Proper credit must be given when using my models for monetary purposes on various platforms, with links to my shop provided.
I am not liable for updates that affect avatars or any edits made by customers.
Claiming Xero 3D models as your own or removing watermarks is strictly prohibited.


Assets

Permissible for personal or commercial use. Assets can be edited as desired.
To use the asset on a public or free model, permission must be obtained via Discord.
Credit must be provided on your store page with a hyperlink and my name.
Distribution of the asset to others is prohibited.
No refunds are available for any products. Basic Blender knowledge is expected when purchasing assets.
Purchases are prohibited for individuals banned from the server. Leaking products will result in access revocation and a ban from the store.
Selling textures created for Xero 3D's assets, such as bases or heads, is permitted.
Assets can only be used on finished products (models/avatars).
Redistribution or sharing of assets is strictly prohibited. Use the gift card system for gifting.
In commission work, both parties must own a license to the same asset/s.
Claiming as your own or reselling individual parts of the mesh/texture is prohibited.
Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes are not allowed for digital products.
Assets must be purchased from my shop or nitro before use.
Assets cannot be used on free or public models without permission, except for free assets provided by me.
Assets can be used in other games/platforms for personal use only.


By purchasing any of my Models/Assets, you agree to the aforementioned terms. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in action being taken against you under the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).
